Engagement 02 / The core engagement

# AI-Native Build.

Your transformation from no AI to AI-native, delivered in named modules so you can see what you are getting. Context first, then one workflow live, then the next.

[Start with a Sprint](/contact/) [Talk to Rose Point](/contact/)

What it is

## Named modules, not one blob.

The Build is where the roadmap from the Sprint becomes a working system. We do not disappear for six months and return with a black box. The work is delivered in named modules, each scoped and priced on its own, so you always know what you are getting and what comes next.

Every module comes with acceptance tests, the tests that catch when your AI is confidently wrong, so the system stays honest as it grows.

The modules

## Four building blocks, sequenced.

A

### Context Layer

Extract the operator knowledge trapped in your people's heads, documents, and inboxes, and encode it so agents can actually use it. The foundation everything else sits on, and the part most consultants skip.

B

### Custom Apps & AI Agents

Build the apps and AI agents that do the legwork on real workflows, one function at a time, with humans accountable at every step.

C

### AI Training & Enablement

Train your team to use AI and the tools we build effectively. Organizational change management is the layer that turns a rollout into adoption, not another failed pilot.

D

### Build vs Buy Advisory

Woven through every capability: decide what to build custom, what to buy off the shelf, and what not to do at all.

How we deliver

## The vision is full AI-native. The delivery is one function at a time.

Step 1 Context first

Encode the operator knowledge so everything downstream has something solid to stand on.

Step 2 One workflow live

Take one real function live end to end, with acceptance tests, before expanding further.

Step 3 Then the next

Add modules one at a time, each scoped and priced on its own, so you always know what comes next.

### Acceptance tests, built into every module

We build the tests that catch when your AI is confidently wrong. Most consultants skip this. We don't, and they become the core of what AI Operate maintains once the system is live.

[Engagement 03 / What comes next

## AI Operate

Once the Build goes live, Operate keeps the system maintained, the acceptance tests current, and the coverage expanding, so the moat keeps compounding.

Next step

## Know the problem, but not the AI shape?

The Build always starts from a Sprint. We will map where AI creates real leverage and scope the first module before any code is written.
