Rose Point AI Strategy ("Rose Point", "we", "us") provides AI strategy and implementation services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Usage information: if analytics is enabled, we collect aggregate, non-identifying information such as pages visited, referrer, approximate region, and device or browser type. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address and user agent) are processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run this site, including Supabase (form storage and processing), AWS (hosting), and, where enabled, Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (usage measurement). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a working relationship, and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@rosepoint.ai and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
