What it is

One to two weeks to a real plan.

Most AI projects fail before they start, because they begin with a tool instead of the work. The Sprint flips that. We spend one to two weeks inside your actual workflows to find where AI creates leverage and where it would just add noise.

Length scales to scope: most sprints run one week, complex environments may take two. It is fixed-fee and time-boxed, so you get a clear answer without an open-ended commitment.

The Sprint is priced to be worth it if you never hire us again: the workflow map, the roadmap, and the scoped first build are yours either way. It ends in a written go or no-go, and no is a real answer we put in writing. If we both say go, the Sprint fee credits toward the Build. If either side says no, you keep everything and owe nothing more.
